Revert "reset-db__clean.cypher: remove constraints we no longer require"
This reverts commit 792ec339802271c79923016104e06ba10e8a64f8.
Dropping a non existant constraint is an error. The correct approach is
to list all constraings and then delete those, which requires scripting.
