A number of improvements from Arthur van Hoff:
- Automatic saving of the mwLastWriteTime cookie
- Add an option to specify Escaping (turned off by default)
- Add a cursor-based iterator for enumerating large results sets
- Add readmulti function for submitting multiple queries in one request
- Add a search function
- Support for default credentials, and escaping, permissions
- Debug variable
