2015-03-17client: Bacon/jquery dependency: use shimAlon Levy
add shim requirement for Bacon to have jquery loaded first, since Bacon patches in asEventStream (and other APIs). Undo the Bacon_wrapper non fix: git grep -l Bacon_wrapper | while read f; do sed -i -e s/Bacon_wrapper/Bacon/g $f; done

2015-03-16client/model/diff/Topo_Diff: ensure correct link namesAlon Levy
2015-03-16client: use 'untitled' as empty link fixes #381Alon Levy
Sanitizes any link attribute change. Topo diff in next patch since I might want to reverse it - current interface doesn't allow introducing null link names on creation.
2015-03-15server/db_driver: reraising exception loses stack, so log first part before ↵Alon Levy
reraising Newo4JException
2015-03-15client/graph_view: record rest force layout position and load right after ↵Alon Levy
clone (per node id) (copied inline comment): HACK to load positions stored locally: on the first diff, which is the result of the initial clone, load positions from stored last settled position (see record_position_to_local_storage and restore_position_from_local_storage) this is before we have proper layout recording in the database, loaded together with the nodes and links.

2015-03-15log warning on query result set limit hitLV-426
2015-03-15server/db_op: raise limit to results in a single query to 16384Alon Levy
Fixes truncation error as long as we don't go over 16384 nodes in a graph until an actual fragmentation mechanism (multiple queries aggregated into a single response) exists.
2015-03-15client: add util.log_error, use for clone missing dst/src idsAlon Levy

2015-03-15server/rz_server: add time and level to logsAlon Levy
2015-03-15server/rz_mail: allow feedback comment to be utf-8Alon Levy
The "MIMEMultipart" utf-8 argument is not required for $SUBJECT, but I thought it might be relevant for the recipients list eventually (it could contain utf-8 text iiuc, not in the email portion but in the additional text allowed).

2015-03-09client/view/search: deduplicate and debounce for 300 millisecondsAlon Levy
2015-03-09client/view/search: use FRPAlon Levy
2015-03-09client: search in nodes and attributesAlon Levy
Fixes #358 Implementation limitations: - uses hasOwnProperty for search, and further filters on strings. So technically could be oversearching - i.e. string properties that are not attributes. We should keep an attribute key on Node and Link - there is no selected link, just selected nodes. So we select both source and destination. Opening issue #367 for this.
2015-03-09client/graph_view: set maximal size of 100px for an image, keeping aspect ratioAlon Levy
2015-03-09client/graph_view: show images with correct size, but force layout doesn't ↵Alon Levy
take it into account
2015-03-09client/graph_view: console debug log when link is an image according to ↵Alon Levy
crude heuristic What we need to do is two things: 1. when a new link is supplied, go download it and let the browser tell us if it is an image and if so what are it's dimensions 2. cache that data in the db (on the to-be-added view node). Actually 3. cache the image itself. This will also allow uploading images with no link. Where to cache the images - on disk with a hash, plus breakdown into multiple directories to avoid filesystem limits.
2015-03-09client: graph_view: update image href+width+height on every "frame"Alon Levy
2015-03-09client/graph_view: remove extra useless 'a' element on nodesAlon Levy
2015-03-09client: graph_view: make nodes tab focusable. no visible indication (:focus) ↵Alon Levy
and no interaction possible yet
2015-03-09client: fix scrolling of window on focus in feedback button (Fixes #366)Alon Levy
This is actually a sort of workaround, since now you cannot use tab to focus on the feedback button, you have to click it with the mouse. Since most people (everybody?) would do that anyhow, it's good enough. An alternative is to change the 'botton: -3px' to anythin non-negative. I have not managed to capture or prevent the scrolling behaviour. What happens is that chrome tries to move the element into focus even though that is impossible since it is with a fixed position to an absolutely positioned element (body).
