remove host/port, let client use same as url it was served on.

Note about implementation: we currently update all the nodes for
multiple things, we should not do that, we have id's on each node, we
can do less work. Another option is using the visualdom and letting it
do the diffs. Actually we should test first. Which brings me to the
missing functionality of loading a large csv.

Changes:
graph has two change functions (i.e. the internal API):
- commit_and_tx_diff_topo
This currently transmits, later will optimistically apply first
- commit_diff__topo
This only applies. Used on the ajax success path for commit_and_tx_diff__topo
and when changes are only local.
It signals on the diffBus
- diffBus - a Bacon.Bus that all UI listens to
- selection UI
- node/link dialogs
- main view (rz_core/update_view__graph)
Small changes:

rename filer->filter
Completely broken:
- text entry. should use commit_diff__topo
Problems introduced:

Code is ugly on too many counts, but mainly:
1. repeats local change twice, once for temp and once for non-temp that
goes through server.
2. handles topo_diff reply expecting a single id instead of having a
general topo_diff reply handler that will take care of it, possibly
hanging a callback on it for graph update.
