2014-11-18model/core: create_node + spellingAlon Levy
Tried using it, fixed spelling and added node creator that doesn't override id. Failed to use it - d3 doesn't like objects. Need to figure that out.

2014-11-16add a copy to url button, handle the resulting urlAlon Levy
This allows us to send small graphs (up to maximal length of query string - what is that anyway?). Just press the copy button, ctrl-c, and paste to irc, and other side should click it. The real deal, issue #65, needs to actually go to the server and load the graph, which means the server needs to have a document concept.
2014-11-16Adding helper server - launch with python tests/util/RhiziHTTPServer.pyAlon Levy
SimpleHTTPServer does a wrong 301 for query parameters, i.e.: http://bla:foo/?hello=1 301 => http://bla:foo/?hello=1/ which kills our query parameter parsing. Instead of making the client handle non compliant servers I rather fix the test server to not 301. Real servers (need to check) don't do this I hope.

2014-11-12Fixes #87: hide autocomplete messages; see noteAlon Levy
TODO 1: Autocomplete is spamming the dom. This is a jqueryui bug, or actually by design - it's appending $('<div>')'s with message text to a span parent (no idea why span in particular) and they are never cleaned up. Similar code is used for accessability messages.
2014-11-11show edge/link (not consistent) title. Fixes #136Alon Levy
2014-11-11Fix highlight of node and edgeAlon Levy
TODO 1: This is a bit magic. The problem is that I'm not sure exactly if the nodes/edges given to the click callback are updated correctly when we just do renames. So the code is a bit protective - it compares names instead of comparing objects. This might work or not later with multiple edges. But I really need to fix it so we never have callbacks with stale data. TODO 2: Plus I'm not using classes correctly, instead setting attributes in the d3 update function (update). This is already done but is a bad smell, makes it harder to change properties easily. Used for stroke-width here and for nodes, for color.

2014-11-11add ghostlink for easier edge selection (Fixes #131)Alon Levy
This changes our current svg. We already had a <g id="link-group"> and under it <path class="link graph"> elements (class changes for selection). Now we have <g class="link graph"> elements containing two paths: one for display, one for selection. the display has stroke-width of 2 (defined in res/css/style.css) and the selection has stroke-width of 5 and stroke not defined to make it invisible plus a higher z-index to catch the click.
