This reverts commit b7e6b948b6ae1cc2f3cbf9523a4b6eab6e7993fe. Now that svg is partitioned with selected links above bubble it's opacity can be restored to the previous value.

- the input field now doesn't clip the text before the end of the row - tough i think we will need to change it to a

element because of text overflow issues - some styling to the drop down. aparently we will need to implement it in javascript to get full styling control
